




Steph is the founder of Celia Moves, guiding you through strength, flow and slower, more mindful classes. Blending yoga, Pilates, breathwork and mindset, her sessions are designed to help you feel good, not just tick a box. Expect a mix of strength, flow and moments to properly check in, with clear, down to earth teaching and no pressure to perform. Move your body, get out of your head and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Jess’ classes focus on strength based Pilates. Slow it down, focus on technique with heavy weights strengthening our joints and muscles. But of course we keep it light hearted and down to earth. A little chaotic but a whole lotta fun. Jess will have you laughing and crying all at the same time but most importantly feeling bloody strong! Jess’ classes can be done as a one and done or class stack. Great for the gym
