I created this platform with a dream of connecting more people together through movement that simply feels good!
so Why yoga and pilates?
I fell in love with yoga, firstly because it healed my back pain, secondly because it helped me work through deep depression and gave me new clarity on life.
I fell in love with Pilates, firstly because it humbled me physically, secondly because of the absolute endorphin rush after class when you can barely walk but feel amazing!
Both yoga and Pilates have helped me physically and mentally to FEEL GOOD again. To feel pain free and strong, Connected and empowered.
My yoga and Pilates studios have always been a second home to me. Now I’m bringing that space to your home. In studio vibes at home (in your undies if you like).
These two main modalities changed my life and the purpose of this platform is to bring this feeling to you. Every class is designed to help you FEEL GOOD again both physically and mentally. Whether it’s softness and letting out the tears or a stronger practice to tap into that inner fire, I’ll be here to support you.
