OUR HOME FOR PILATES. classes range from beginNer friendly to absolute burner (full spice). some include equipment some invite just you to the mat. all classes are based on the  pilates pillars with a slightly modern take - inviting energy and feel good vibes.

not feeling the heat and energy but still craving movement? find everything from a simple stretch, gentle mobility, a mindful yin, or a deep restorative practice. our stretch and mobility classes help you drop into your body, create space, and move with ease while keeping the vibe oh so chill. throw on your pj’s, grab some blankets and cushions and settle into bliss.
BREATHE
Stillness is just as important as movement. From breath work to guided meditations and crystal bowl sound baths, each practice helps you reset — whether you’re looking for calm, ENEGRY, clarity, or a deeper sense of connection.

I’m a beginner at yoga or Pilates. Can I join?
Absolutely. Look out for our low or mid spice classes to get started and build confidence with the basics. You’re always welcome to leave a comment under a class or reach out privately if you have questions about movements or options.
How do I choose which class to do?
There’s no suggested weekly schedule by design. We encourage you to tune into how you’re feeling and choose what supports you in the moment. Take a breath, pause, and let your intuition guide you.
You can also use filters to narrow by style, length, level, or even mood. If you’re unsure, starting with breathwork can help you settle before choosing a movement class.
What equipment do I need to get started?
A yoga mat is recommended, but don’t let equipment hold you back. There are plenty of equipment free classes available. You can substitute weights with water bottles and a bolster with a pillow. Start simple and build your prop collection over time if you wish.
